Prices and Costs
The prices for attendance and exhibitor space are indicated on the Conference Website. The relevant prices are the ones shown at the time of ordering.
Right of Cancellation
There will be no acceptance of cancellation; however it can be transferred to another employee within the same company as long as it is received in writing 2 weeks before the start of the conference.
Scope of the General Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders of conference attendance and exhibitor space.
We herewith object to any confirmation statements by the customer that make reference to the customer's own terms and conditions of trade and purchase. Deviations from these general terms of trade are only valid if the Technology Transfer Services has expressly confirmed them in writing.
Return Policy
There is no return policy due to the fact there is no physical product being sold.
